UN judge demands arrest of last two fugitives

The president of the U.N. war crimes tribunal for former Yugoslavia is urging the immediate arrest of the two remaining fugitives.

Judge Fausto Pocar said Bosnian Serb wartime commander Ratko Mladic and ex-Croatian Serb leader Goran Hadzic must be apprehended.

Pocar commended Serbia on Monday for the arrests of ex-Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic on July 21 and former Bosnian Serb police commander Stojan Zupljanin on June 11.

But he said the tribunal cannot finish its work unless the last two fugitives are arrested.
