To reassure veterans served by the Stratton VA Medical Center, I would like to make a few comments regarding the article titled ``Underused VA Hospitals Waste Money, Study Shows'' (Aug. 1). While the VA may have excess space and buildings in some locations across the country, this is not the case for the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany.
